Nannini Italy Reading Glasses are protected with an industry-leading two-year manufacturer’s limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Q : What is a manufacturer’s defect?
A: A manufacturer’s defect is the result of an error occurring when the glasses were being made. The vast majority of manufacturer’s defects are noticeable when the product is brand new.
Q : What is NOT a manufacturer’s defect?
A : A manufacturer’s defect is not something that comes as a result of wear and tear. Scratched or broken lenses or temples, for example, are a result of wear and tear (or improper care) and are therefore not considered to be manufacturer’s defects.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: It's simple and only takes three easy steps:
Choose the colour you like between Black and Blue.
Choose your dioptric power (please refer here on how to determine your power). Alternatively, you can obtain your eye prescription from your local optician or your eye doctor.
Key in your details and make payment. Allow time for your Nannini reading glasses to reach your front door!
Q: How do I pay you?
A: We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard) as well as PayPal. You may also choose cash, cheque or online transfer. Please download the order form at Buy Now.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please choose 'Purchases Beyond Malaysia' when you make purchase.
Q: What are the delivery costs?
A: Currently, we deliver for FREE in Malaysia. For overseas buyer, a flat delivery cost of RM40 will be charged for each delivery.
Q: How long will my glasses take to be delivered?
A: Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If your items have still not arrived, don’t worry. Please allow at least 1-5 business days for your order to arrive.
Q: I used the reading glasses for a few times and realized
I ordered the wrong dioptric lens power. What do I do?
A: You can exchange your item within 7 days upon receiving. The item will have to be in its original condition, and you will just have to send your parcel back to our return address. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs when returning the item. We can only accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased on www.gimax.biz. If you purchased an item from a retail store, the item must be returned or exchanged directly with that store. Return policies differ from store to store, so please check the location where you originally purchased your glasses.
